摘要
苦荞是一种传统的、短季节的、药食同源的假谷物作物,具有重要的保健和营养功能。重点阐述了基因组学研究方法在苦荞基础遗传学、重要的农艺性状和生物活性产物相关的生物学基础研究中的应用。
Tartary buckwheat is a traditional short-season pseudocereal crop. As a medicine homologous for foodplant, Tartary buckwheat has a medicinal and health protective affection for a long history in our country. In thisreview, it mainly focuses on the application of genomics tools in the basic genetics, the important agronomic traitsand bioactive products of tartary buckwheat.
