钢管排锯减速机刚投入使用,锯片连接的减速机输出轴端位置发出异常响声,并且发现锯片的转速越来越慢,基于此,首先简要介绍减速机的工作原理,对故障情况及原因进行详细分析,提出了相应的故障处理措施,以期达到使用要求。

Steel pipe saw reducer has just been put into use, and the position of output shaft of the reducer connectedwith saw blade sends out abnormal noise. It is found that the speed of saw blade is becoming slower and slower. Basedon this, the working principle of the reducer is introduced briefly, the fault situation and reasons are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding fault treatment measures are put forward in order to meet the requirements of application.
