摘要
目的探讨PBL教学法在全科医学住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法随机选取我院72名规培医师作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组36名。对照组采用传统教学模式,研究组采用PBL教学法,比较两组培训人员自主学习时间以及教学的效果。结果研究组课余学习总时间均多于对照组。研究组的解决问题能力,认知成熟度,自主学习能力以及团队协作能力均高于对照组。结论通过PBL教学法教学效果显著,可明显提高培训人员自身学习能力,同时也大大提高了团队合作和沟通能力。
Objective To explore the application of PBL teaching method in standardized training of general practitioners. Methods 72 general practitioners in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 36cases in each group. The control group was adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the study group was adopted the PBL teaching method. The time of after-school learning and teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total time of after-school learning in the study group was longer than that in the control group. The problem-solving ability, cognitive maturity, autonomous learning ability and teamwork ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion PBL teaching method has a significant effect on improving the training staff's self-learning ability and team cooperation and communication ability.
