摘要 目的探讨PBL联合CBL教学法在重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中的作用和教学效果。方法按照规范化培训教学大纲要求选择适当重症医学科典型临床病例,收集患者临床资料及影像学资料等,利用导向问题进行小组讨论,并进行临床教学查房,实施教学培训,与传统教学方法相比评价教学效果。结果利用PBL联合CBL教学模式在重症医学科住院医师规范化培训中更有利于提高对基础知识的理解能力,抓住临床重症疾病诊疗的关键点,加深对相关临床理论的理解,并促进个人解决危重患者临床问题的能力。结论 PBL联合CBL教学法可有效提高教学效果,加速临床技能学习进度,提升规培医师专科技能。 Objective To explore the role and teaching efects of problem/case-based learning teaching method in the normalized training of residents in the department of critical care medicine. Methods Proper cases in the department of critical care medicine were chosen according to normalized training teaching program. The clinical data and imaging data were collected. Guidance problems were utilized to discuss in groups and clinical teaching rounds were conducted in teaching training. And teaching effectiveness of this teaching method was compared with traditional teaching method. Results Problem/case-based learning teaching method used in the normalized training of residents in the department of neurosurgery were more profit for improving comprehension of basic knowledge. It also could reach the key point of severe disease in diagnosis and treatment. And it could deepen understanding of relevant clinical theories and promote individuals' ability to solve clinical problems in critically ill patients. Conclusion Problem/case-based learning teaching model could efectively improve teaching results, accelerate the learning progress of clinical skills, and promote technical skills of training residents.
