微课在医学遗传学教学中的应用

The Application of Micro-lecture in Medical Genetics Teaching

目的研究微课教学模式在医学遗传学教学中的应用。方法在我校2015级学生中,选取随机分班的临床医学专业2个班作为研究对象,其中1班使用了传统教学方法,在本研究中称为对照组;2班采取了微课教学法,称为教改组。微课视频通过录播系统录制,再通过视频编辑软件合成,课前发送给学生自主学习讨论。结果教改组的平均成绩及成绩分布都优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对教改组进行微课教学效果的问卷调查,教改组学生在培养学习兴趣,减轻学习负担,提升教学效果等方面都给出了较高的评价。结论微课教学法在医学遗传学教学中效果和质量均优于传统教学方式。

Objective To study the application of micro-lecture teachingmode in medical genetics. Methods Clinical medicine students in twoclasses among our college were randomly selected in 2015 grade. Theclass one was given traditional teaching methods, which was calledcontrol group in this study, The other class was given micro-lectureteaching method, called the teaching reform group; Micro-lecture video wasrecorded by the recording system and synthesized through video editing software, then the video was sent to the students to study independentlybefore class. Results The average score and grade distribution of theteaching group were better than the control group, the difference wasstatistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）; A questionnaire survey was conductedon the effect of micro teaching in the teaching reform group, it showedthat the students had a high evaluation in the training of learning interest,reducing the burden of learning, increasing the teaching efect and so on.Conclusion The efect and quality of micro - lecture teaching method inmedical genetics are superior to traditional teaching methods, and have good promotion value and practical signifcance.
