整形外科临床工作的复杂性与特殊性对整形外科医生的解剖学理论知识的掌握和理论与临床结合的能力提出了较高的要求,局部解剖学的教学工作面临新的挑战和机遇,需要寻求新的教学模式。头颈部操作在整形外科临床工作中占有相当大的比重,头颈部整形美容手术、面部注射美容、面部神经阻滞麻醉等都以扎实的头颈部解剖知识为基础。研究生阶段是学习头颈部局部解剖学的合适时期,在这一阶段培养学生的学习兴趣和学习习惯、锻炼学生的学习能力和临床思维都具有较明显的成效。密切结合整形外科临床的头颈部局部解剖学对整形外科教学具有奠基石的作用,这是精准操作的基础,并有利于减少并发症。文章主要探讨其教学方法,并希望能带来医学人才培养中的新模式和新启发。

The complexity and particularity of the clinical work of plastic surgery have higher requirements on the knowledge of anatomy theory of plastic surgeons and their ability to combine theory with clinical practice, the teaching of local anatomy faces new challenges and opportunities, and requires new teaching mode. Head and neck operation occupies a large proportion in the clinical work of plastic surgery. Plastic and aesthetic surgeries of head and neck, facial injection cosmetology and facial nerve block anesthesia are all based on solid head and neck anatomy knowledge. Graduate student period is the suitable period to study head and neck regional anatomy, at this period to cultivate the students＇ learning interests and learning habits, exercise students＇ learning ability and clinical thinking has the obvious efect. The regional anatomy of the head and neck, which isclosely combined with the clinical work of plastic surgery, is a cornerstone of the teaching of plastic surgery, which is the basis of precise operation and helps to reduce complications. This paper mainly discussed the role and teaching methods, and we hope to bring new models and new inspiration in medical elite training.
