摘要 乳腺影像表现良、恶性有重叠,存在异病同影,并且实践性强,乳腺影像诊断教学难度相对较大。引导学生有兴趣的主动学习,积极思考非常重要。针对不同专业的乳腺影像教学建议从以下方面入手:(1)提高趣味性,针对不同专业个性化安排教学大纲,多种教学模式相结合。(2)以问题拓展自主思考,提高学生主动参与性,在实践中加深抽象理论的理解。(3)建立开放性临床数据库实验室,让学生创造性地去观察,培养终生学习的习惯。多种教学方法配合使用能让学生更好地掌握乳腺诊断学特征,加强综合认识,提高教学效果。 Breast imaging has benign and malignant, which is overlapped, with the same image and strong practicality. The teaching of breast imaging diagnosis is relatively difficult. It is very important to guide students to learn actively and think positively. In view of different major breast imaging teaching suggestions from the following aspects (1) To improve the interest, focus on individualized adjustment of teaching syllabus for diferent professions, a combination of various teaching models. (2) Expand self thinking with problems, improve students' initiative participation, and deepen the understanding of abstract theory in practice.(3) Establish an open clinical database laboratory to enable students to observe creatively and develop lifelong learning habits. The combination of various teaching methods can enable students to better grasp the characteristics of breast diagnostics, enhance comprehensive understanding and improve teaching efectiveness.
