摘要
临床医学专业学位研究生培养是一种有别于传统科学学位的新型研究生培养模式,在培养过程中,临床实践能力的评价对于衡量专业学位研究生的培养质量具有一定作用,而且临床实践能力的考核贯穿在研究生培养的全过程。在这个过程中,需要制定临床能力考核内容,需要学位评定委员对研究生的培养质量进行定期监管,并通过考核、评估的方式实现管理,这些问题都是专业学位研究生培养需要关注的重点。本研究以滨州医学院现有的专业学位研究生临床实践能力考核模式为切入点开展相关研究,强化临床实践、突出能力培养,探索出一条切实可行的临床医学专业学位研究生临床能力考核评价体系。新型体系能够真实、有效地反映研究生的临床思维、理论知识和技能操作能力,可以有效监管、促进和提高研究生的培养质量。
The postgraduate training in clinical medicine is a new model which is different from the traditional model. Clinical ability is the key factor in determining the quality of postgraduate training for clinical medicine graduates. Moreover, the assessment of clinical practice ability runs through the whole process of postgraduate training. In this process, it is necessary to formulate the content of clinical competence assessment, to supervise the training quality of postgraduates regularly by academic degree assessment committee, and to realize management by means of assessment. These problems are the focus of professional degree postgraduate training. In this study, the existing professional degree postgraduate clinical practiceability assessment model in Binzhou Medical College as a starting point to carry out relevant research, strengthen clinical practice, highlight the ability to cultivate, explore a practical clinical medical professional degree postgraduate clinical ability assessment and evaluation system. The new system can truly and effectively reflect the clinical thinking, theoretical knowledge and skills of postgraduates, and can effectively supervise, promote and improve the quality of postgraduate training.
