摘要
目的探究口腔内科疾病诊治中CBCT的应用价值。方法选择2016年10月—2017年9月60例口腔内科疾病患者,进行分组,对照组用X线诊断口腔内科疾病。观察组采用CBCT诊断患者的口腔内科疾病。对比两组患者的埋伏牙、种植体、根尖周炎、种植体周围炎、埋伏牙、种植体周围炎诊断准确率。结果观察组患者各项口腔内科疾病的诊断准确率更高,P <0.05。结论口腔内科疾病诊治过程中,应用CBCT诊断方式,可以有效的提升疾病诊断准确性。
Objective To explore the application value of CBCT in the diagnosis and treatment of dental diseases. Methods From October 2016 to September 2017, 60 patients were divided into groups, and the control group was diagnosed with oral diseases. Observation group was diagnosedwith CBCT. The diagnostic accuracy of the ambulatory teeth, implant, periapical periodontitis, periodontitis, ambulatory teeth, and periodontitis were compared between the two groups. Results The accuracy rate of the diagnosis of oral diseases was higher in the observation group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The oral medicine diagnosis and treatment of diseases in the process of application of CBCT diagnosis way, can effectively improve diagnostic accuracy.
