喉罩全麻通气应用在妇产科临床麻醉的安全性探讨

Safety of Laryngeal Mask Airway Anesthesia in Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinical Anaesthesia

目的总结妇产科临床麻醉工作中应用喉罩全麻通气的具体方法以及麻醉安全性。方法对于我们医院2017年2月—2018年2月所收治的妇产科手术患者100例施行分析,根据随机法对其施行分组,每组均为50例,对照组患者接受气管插管通气,给予研究组患者接受喉罩全麻通气,对比两组患者的麻醉效果,将所得各项数据施行统计学计算。结果麻醉后,两组患者的心率收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压均较麻醉前有所变化,但研究组患者的变化幅度明显小于对照组,各组对比,差异均具备统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论临床中针对妇产科手术患者,在其手术期间为其施行喉罩全麻通气,可以获得理想的通气效果,安全性较高,操作方法简单,能够避免患者产生严重痛苦感。

Objective To summarize the specific methods and anesthetic safety of laryngeal mask airway anesthesia in obstetrics and gynecology clinic anesthesia work. Methods 100 cases of obstetrics and gynecology surgery patients in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were analyzed, each group was 50 cases. The patients were divided into groups according to random method. The control group was given tracheal intubation ventilation. The patients in the study group was given laryngeal mask general anesthesia, the anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results After anesthesia, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were all more than before anesthesia, but the changes of the patients in the study group were signifcantly smaller than those in the control group, and the diferences were statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For the patients in the obstetrics and gynecology operation, the laryngeal mask general anesthesia for the patients during the operation can obtain the ideal ventilation efect, the safety is high, the operation method is simple, the patient can avoid the severe pain and should be extended and applied energetically.
