根治性宫颈癌手术患者盆腔淋巴结转移和预后的影响因素

The Factors Affecting Pelvic Lymph Node Metastasis and Prognosis in Patients With Radical Cervical Cancer Surgery

目的探讨根治性宫颈癌手术患者盆腔淋巴结转移和预后的影响因素。方法研究对象共有108例,均为本院2015年7月—2017年8月所接收的宫颈癌患者,根据患者的具体情况选择不同的治疗方式,总结影响预后的因素。结果经过本次研究分析发现,在此次研究所选取的108例患者当中,出现淋巴结转移的患者共有26例,转移率为24.07%,且其中大多数存在淋巴结转移的患者为单纯盆腔淋巴结转移。在淋巴结转移影响因素的研究上,经过研究发现患者接受治疗前血红蛋白、肌层浸润深度、肿瘤直径、FIGO分期以及淋巴结血管间隙侵犯均与患者癌细胞淋巴结转移有着密切的关系。结论对于宫颈癌患者,高危临床病理因素也会直接影响到患者疾病的预后,而其中淋巴结转移是临床上公认的独立危险因素。为此,在患者治疗的过程中对此展开相关分析,有利于改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of pelvic lymph node metastasis and prognosis in patients with radical cervical cancer. Methods A total of 108 cases of cervical cancer patients from July 2015 to August 2017 were selected from the study. According to the specific circumstances of patients, different treatments were selected to summarize the prognostic factors. Results After this study, 26 cases of lymph node metastasis were found in 108 patients selected from this study. The metastasis rate was 24.07%. Most of the patients with lymph node metastasis were simple pelvic lymph node metastases. In the study of infuencing factors of lymph node metastasis, it was found that hemoglobin, muscle layer invasion depth, tumor diameter, FIGO stage and lymph node vascular invasion were closely related to lymph node metastasis in patients before treatment. Conclusion For cervical cancer patients, the high-risk clinicopathological factors will directly afect the prognosis of patients, and lymph node metastasis is clinically recognized as an independent risk factor. To this end, in the process of treatment of patients in the process of related analysis, to improve the prognosis of patients.
