双切口双钢板、单侧锁定钢板内固定在胫骨平台骨折中的效果 被引量:4

摘要 目的对比双切口双钢板内固定、单侧锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的疗效。方法应用数字随机法,选取本院2014年1月—2017年6月收治的100例复杂胫骨平台骨折患者进行研究,并将其分成两组:选双切口双钢板内固定治疗的50例为实验组,选单侧锁定钢板内固定治疗的50例为对照组,对比两组疗效。结果实验组手术指标、膝关节功能优良率优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对于复杂胫骨平台骨折疾病,双切口双钢板内固定具有骨折复位良好及固定牢靠等优势。 Objective To compare the efcacy of double incision double plate internal fxation and unilateral locking plate internal fxation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods Using the digital randomization method, 100 patients with complex tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2017 were selected for study and divided into 2 groups: 50 patients undergoing double incision double plate internal fxation were named as experimental groups. 50 cases with unilateral locking plate internal fxation were named as the control group, and the efcacy of the two groups was compared. Results The operation index and excellent rate of knee joint function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that in the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion For the complicated tibial plateau fracture, the double incision double plate internal fxation has the advantages of good fracture reduction and fxation, and can be popularized.
