长期低剂量克拉霉素联合激素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果

Efficacy of Long Term Low Dose Clarithromycin Combined With Hormone in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis

目的分析慢性鼻窦炎患者采用长期低剂量克拉霉素联合鼻用激素方案进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取106例慢性鼻窦炎患者分成对照组和治疗组,每组53例。对照组采用鼻腔冲洗联合鼻用激素方案进行治疗;治疗组采用长期低剂量克拉霉素联合鼻用激素方案进行治疗。结果治疗组患者鼻内镜表现恢复正常时间和治疗总时间短于对照组(P <0.05);药物不良反应仅有3例,少于对照组的9例(P <0.05);治疗总有效率达到90.6%,高于对照组的66.0%(P <0.05)。结论慢性鼻窦炎患者采用长期低剂量克拉霉素联合鼻用激素方案进行治疗,能够减少药物不良反应,缩短治疗时间,使治疗效果显著提升。

Objective To analyze the clinical efect of long-term low dose clarithromycin combined with nasal hormone in patients with chronicrhinosinusitis. Methods 106 cases of chronic rhinosinusitis were divided into the control group and the treatment group, 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nasal irrigation combined with nasal hormone regimen. The treatment group was treated with long-term low dose clarithromycin combined with nasal hormone regimen. Results The normal time and total time of nasal endoscopy were shorter in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; Only 3 cases of ADR were less than 9 cases in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the total efective rate was 90.6%, higher than that of the control group of 66.0% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chronic rhinosinusitis patients with long term low dose clarithromycin combined with nasal hormone regimen can reduce adverse drug reactions, shorten the time of treatment and improve the therapeutic efect.
