全程无缝护理模式在高龄手术患者围术期中的应用效果

Application of Whole-process Seamless Nursing to the Elderly Patients With Operation During Perioperative Period

目的探讨全程无缝隙护理运用于高龄手术患者中对其围术期的护理效果。方法选取我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的60例高龄手术患者临床资料,按不同护理模式分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组行常规护理模式,研究组行全程无缝隙护理模式,比较两组的护理效果。结果研究组护理后的SDS、SAS评分均显著优于护理前且显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论全程无缝护理模式运用于高龄手术患者围术期中可有效缓解患者负性心理,有助于患者加快康复,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the nursing effect of whole-process seamless nursing to the elderly patients with operation during perioperative period. Methods 60 elderly patients with operation treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing models, the research group and the control group, each group for 30 cases. The control group was given conventional nursing model, and the research group was given whole-process seamless nursing model. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the study group after nursing were signifcantly better than those before nursing and signifcantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Applying whole-process seamless nursing to the elderly patients with operation during perioperative period not only can efectively relieve negative psychology of the patients, but also helps to speed up the recovery of the patients and improves the life quality.
