循证护理在带状疱疹患者中的应用分析

Application of Evidence-based Nursing in Patients With Herpes Zoster

目的探讨循证护理在带状疱疹患者中的应用效果。方法 70例带状疱疹患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在此基础上采用循证护理,内容包括:疼痛护理,病情监测,皮损处护理,饮食指导及心理护理。比较两组患者疼痛情况以及护理满意度。结果研究组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)和神经病理性疼痛评分均显著低于对照组[VAS:(1.1±0.2)分vs.(2.8±0.5)分,t=18.68,P <0.05,神经病理性疼痛评分:(9.4±2.1)分vs.(11.3±2.9)分,t=3.14,P <0.05],护理满意度高于对照组[94.3%vs.74.3%,χ~2=5.29,P <0.05]。结论循证护理有助于缓解带状疱疹患者疼痛,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in herpes zoster patients. Methods 70 cases of herpes zoster were randomly divided into control group and study group, each with 35 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given evidence-based nursing. The pain and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results Pain visual analogue scale （VAS） and neuropathic pain score in the study group were signifcantly lower than those in the control group. VAS： （1.1 ± 0.2） vs. （2.8 ± 0.5）, t=18.68, P 〈 0.05, the score of neuropathic pain was（9.4 ± 2.1） vs. （11.3 ± 2.9）, t=3.14, P 〈 0.05. Nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group 94.3% vs.74.3%, χ2=5.29, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can help relieve pain and improve nursing satisfaction.
