优质护理措施对于肺结核护理质量和依从性的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Quality Nursing Measures on the Quality and Compliance of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients

目的探讨优质护理措施对于肺结核护理质量和依从性的影响。方法选取2018年1—3月我院收治的53例肺结核患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组28例和对照组25例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组接受优质护理干预,对比两组患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性。结果观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗依从性高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组各项护理质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论在肺结核患者的护理中应用优质护理干预可以增加患者的依从性,提高临床护理质量。

Objective To explore the efect of quality nursing measures on the quality and compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods 53 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into two groups, 28 cases in the observation group and 25 cases in the control group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given high quality nursing intervention and the nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that ofthe control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of high quality nursing intervention in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can increase the compliance of patients and improve the quality of clinical nursing.
