摘要
目的探讨自我管理教育对手术室腰背痛护士疼痛、负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月22例手术室腰背痛护士为研究对象分为两组,对照组手术室腰背痛护士给予常规培训,观察组以阶段转变模型为指导,对比干预前后SF-12、SDS、SAS、VAS评分。结果干预前两组手术室腰背痛护士SF-12、SDS、SAS、VAS评分对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后观察组手术室腰背痛护士SF-12、SDS、SAS、VAS评分均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论疼痛自我管理教育能促进护士参与疼痛自我管理的意义,进而改善负性情绪,降低腰背疼痛,促进生活质量提高。
Objective To explore the efect of self-management education on pain, negative emotion and quality of life of nurses with low back pain in operation room. Methods 22 nurses in the operation room from January 2015 to December 2017 were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine training in the waist back pain nurses in the operation room. The observation group was guided by the stage transformation model, and the scores of SF-12, SDS, SAS and VAS before and after the intervention were compared. Results Before intervention, the scores of SF-12, SDS, SAS and VAS in the two groups of back pain nurses in the operation room were not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). After the intervention, the scores of SF-12, SDS, SAS and VAS in the waist back pain nurses in the observation group were signifcantly better than those in the control group, and the diference was statistically signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Pain self management education can promote the significance of nurses to participate in self management of pain, and then improve negative emotion, lower back pain and improve the quality of life.
