皮内针联合西药治疗肿瘤化疗后恶心呕吐的临床研究

Clinical Study on Intradermal Needling Treating Nausea and Vomit after Tumor Chemotherapy

目的:探寻皮内针治疗恶性肿瘤化疗引起恶心呕吐的临床疗效。方法:将119例肿瘤化疗患者随机分为两组,治疗组(60例)采用皮内针联合西药格拉司琼方案;对照组(59例)单使用格拉司琼方案。对比两组化疗后恶心呕吐的控制情况及血清五羟色胺含量的变化。结果:治疗组恶心呕吐总控制率(86. 7%)明显优于对照组(59. 3%)(P <0. 01);治疗组内不同肿瘤间总控制率无差异(P>0. 05);两组患者化疗2 d后血清五羟色胺(5-HT)升高程度无差异,化疗结束2 d后治疗组5-HT下降程度明显优于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗组内四种肿瘤化疗2 d后5-HT升高程度及化疗结束后2天5-HT下降程度均无差异(P>0. 05)。结论:皮内针联合西药能有效改善肿瘤患者化疗后引起的恶心呕吐,提高肿瘤患者化疗后的生活质量。

Objective ： To explore the clinical efficacy of intradermal needling treating nausea and vomit caused by chemo-therapy in patients with malignant tumors. Methods： 119 patients with tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided intothe observation group（n = 60） and the control group （n = 59）. The control group was treated with Granisetron ; on whichbasis, the observation group was also treated with intradermal needling. The control rate of nausea and vomit, as well asserum contents of 5 - HT were compared in the two groups. Results ： The total control rate of nausea and vomit was86.7% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 59.3% in the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Therewas no significant difference in different tumor control in the observation group （P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no difference in5 - TH increase in the two groups after 2 days of chemotherapy ; 5 - TH was significantly decreased in the observationgroup than that in the control group 2 days after chemotherapy （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were no differences in the four kinds oftumors in the observation group in terms of 5 - HT increase after 2 days of chemotherapy and 5 - HT decrease 2 days af-ter chemothreapy（P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Intradermal needling combined with western medicine can effectively improvenausea and vomit induced by chemotherapy in tumor patients, it can significantly improve their life qualities.
