摘要
结合异步联网后受端电网的安全稳定特性,从安全稳定性和经济性两个方面考虑,提出包括负载率水平、短路电流水平、多馈入有效短路比、过载安全裕度、多回直流换相失败引发率、暂态失稳故障引发率、网损以及建设成本在内的网架适应性评估指标,将客观熵权与专家经验权重相结合以确定综合权重,采用基于理想点的综合评价方法,对不同规划网架方案的适应性进行评估。基于2025年广东电网规划数据,综合评估异步联网后广东电网远期4种规划网架的适应性,验证了所提指标及评估方法的有效性。
Combining characteristics of safety and stability of the receiving end power grid after asynchronous interconnection, this paper considers safety stability and economy and puts forward evaluation indexes for grid adaptability including load rate, short-circuit current, multi-infeed effective short-circuit ratio, overload safety margin, multiple DC commutation failure initiation rate, transient instability fault initiation rate, network loss and construction cost, and so on. It combines objective entropy weights and expert experience weights to determine comprehensive weights. By adopting a comprehensive evaluation method based on ideal point, it makes evaluation on adaptabilities of different planning grid schemes. On the basis of planning data of Guangdong power grid in 2025, it makes comprehensive evaluation on adaptabilities of four kinds of planning grid of Guangdong power grid after asynchronous interconnection and verifies effectiveness of the proposed indexes and evaluation method.
