摘要
目的探讨老年非小细胞肺癌患者和肠道产丁酸菌的相关性。方法随机选择2015年2月-2017年8月确诊的40例老年非小细胞肺癌患者,从本院健康体检人群中随机选择体检健康老年人40例作为对照组,对比老年肺癌组和对照组肠道产丁酸菌表达水平。对老年非小细胞肺癌患者给予培美曲塞+顺铂方案进行化疗,对比化疗前后肠道产丁酸菌表达水平变化。结果老年非小细胞肺癌组的肠道产丁酸菌普拉梭菌、柔嫩梭菌、梭菌组1、直肠真杆菌、Atopobium cluster-specific primes、Roseburia spp. and E. rectale、ClusterⅣRuminococcus spp、Clostridial cluster Xl Va表达显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);肺癌组化疗后的肠道产丁酸菌普拉梭菌、柔嫩梭菌、梭菌组1、直肠真杆菌、Atopobium cluster-specific primes、Roseburia spp. and E. rectale、ClusterⅣRuminococcus spp、Clostridial cluster Xl Va表达显著低于化疗,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论老年非小细胞肺癌患者体内肠道产丁酸菌产生减少,化疗后肠道产丁酸菌产生显著低于化疗前,肠道微生态化失调可能与非小细胞肺癌患者易发感染有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer and intestinal butyric acid bacteria. Methods 40 elderly patients with lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer were randomly selected from February 2015 to August 2017. 40 healthy adults were randomly selected as the control group. The expression of butyric acid producing bacteria in intestine was compared. They were given pemetrexed + cisplatin chemotherapy, then the expression of butyric acid bacteria in intestine was compared before and after chemotherapy. Results In the elderly lung cancer patients with non-small cell lung cancer, the intestinal tract produced butyric acid-producing strains of Clostridium, Clostridium perfringens, Clostridium, 1 Eubaeterium, Atopobium clus- ter-specific primes, Roseburia spp. and E. The expression of reetale, Cluster Ⅳ, Ruminoeoeeus spp, and Clostridial cluster X1Va were significantly lower in the NSCLC group than in the control group (P 〈 0. 05). The expression of intestinal metaplasia of P. praeeox, Clostridium perfringens, Eetomyeete, Atopobimu cluster-specific primes, Roseburia spp. and E. reetale, Cluster Ruminoeoeeus spp, and Clostridial cluster X1Va was significantly lower after chemotherapy ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The production of butyric acid bacteria in the elderly patients with lung cancer and non-small cell lung cancer is reduced. After chemotherapy, the production of butyric acid bacteria in intestine is significantly lower than before. The intestinal mieroeeologieal imbalance may be associated with infection of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.
