摘要
伴随互联网的快速发展,消费者的需求呈现出服务化、便利化、个性化、层次化等特征。电子商务平台零售业和传统超市的相互融合可以满足消费者需求。结合新华都的"新零售"战略,通过分析研究传统超市在"新零售"战略下所存在的问题及其发展的必要性,建议传统超市应转变自身的经营理念;以消费者的需求为导向,提升企业服务水平;通过与电商平台的合作,提高企业的技术水平;保持自身原有的优势,打造企业的核心竞争力。
With the rapid development of the Internet,consumer demand is characterized by changes in service,convenience,personalization,and hierarchies. The integration of e-commerce platform retailing and traditional supermarkets can meet consumer demand. This article combines Xinhuadu 's"new retail"strategy,through the analysis of the problems existing in the traditional supermarket under the "new retail"strategy and the necessity of its development,and put forward its corresponding development strategies and recommendations.
