钢板固定治疗多发跖骨骨折的临床疗效分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析钢板固定治疗多发跖骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年—2016年收治的60例多发跖骨骨折患者作为研究对象,全部采用钢板内固定治疗。术后对其AOFAS中前足评分进行分析。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访时间12个月~25个月,平均16.5个月。术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,无感染。术后复查X线均骨性愈合,无内固定物松动、断裂、骨不连情况;1例出现肌腱粘连,后经康复科功能锻炼后好转。根据末次随访,所有患者日常生活均不受限,3例患者出现长时间平地行走后足部疼痛;1例患者登山时足部轻微疼痛。根据AOFAS中前足评分标准,随访患者评分82~100分,平均90.2分。优良率100%。结论钢板固定治疗多发跖骨骨折临床疗效确切,功能恢复优良率高,并发症少,是值得推广的治疗方案。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of plate fixation in the treatment of multiple metatarsal fractures. Methods 60 eases of muhiple metatarsal fractures treated in Our hospital from 2012 to 2016 were selected, all these eases treated with plate fixation. The postoperative AOFAS scores of the mid-foot were observed. Results All patients were followed up from 12 to 25 months,average 16 months. All the incisions healed at stage I,no infection.X-Ray was reexamined after operation and all the patients were bonyunion, no plate loosening,breakage or bone nonunion. A ease of tendon adhesion improved after tunctional exercise by the rehabilitation depar)ment. According to the last follow-up ,all the patients had unrestricted daily life. There were 3 patients with foot pain after long walk on fiat ground and 1 patient with slight pain in the foot while climbing. According to the AOFAS Footer Rating Standard, these patients were followed up with 82-100 points, average 90.2 points. The Excellent - Good Rate 100% .Conclusions The plate fixation is eftective in the treatment of multiple metatarsal fractures, with high quality and tewer complications. It's worth promoting.
