摘要
需求导向是干部培训的明确路径和重要抓手,随着我国的民族工作也进入了新时代,切实提高民族干部培训的科学化水平,提升民族干部的能力素质是新形式、新要求、新任务、新机遇和新挑战的必然要求。近年来,中央民族干部学院作为民族干部教育的"主渠道""国家队",积极探索和创新民族干部教育方式,在改革创新中着力推行拓展训练教学模式在民族干部培训中的实践与应用。笔者基于拓展训练的内涵和价值,系统梳理了拓展训练教学模式在民族干部培训应用过程中所表现出来的问题,并基于教学实践探索和已有的研究成果,提出拓展训练教学模式在民族干部培训具体应用过程中应加强教学体系、管理体制、队伍建设等方面的创新、优化和提升。
Nowadays demand orientation is a clear target and an important device for cadre train ing. With the entrance of China's ethnic work into a new era, it is an inevitable requirement to practi cally increase the scientific level of the ethnic cadre training, and to improve the ability and quality of the ethnic cadres for new situation, new requirement, new mission, new opportunity and new chal lenge. In the recent years, as the "major channel" and "national team" for the training of ethnic ca dres, the Central Institute of Ethnic Administrators actively explores and innovates the methods of training the ethnic cadres, strongly implements the teaching model of quality development training in reform and innovation for the practice and utilization of the ethnic cadre training. Based on the implica tion and value of the quality development training, this article systematically sorts out the problems of teaching model of quality development training when used in the utilization course of the ethnic cadre training, and puts forward that the teaching model of the quality development training should rein force the innovation, optimization and perfection of the teaching system, management principle, and team construction in the detailed utilization course of the ethnic cadre training according to the explo ration of teaching practice and existing research results.
