试论医患报道的网络呈现、舆情偏差与矫正路径

On the Network Presentation,Public Opinion Deviation and Correction Path in Doctor-patient Reports

近年来,医患纠纷愈演愈烈,医闹事件层出不穷,网络媒体对医患矛盾报道是客观公正还是有失偏颇,以及网络舆情的真实状况如何,都成为当今社会的争议焦点。从网络传媒报道医患矛盾事件的文本分析和真相调查入手,揭示网络媒体报道在新闻标题、新闻文体、新闻叙事、新闻信源等方面的文本呈现样态,并阐释舆情偏差原因,在此基础上综合考量媒体、医生、患者及其他社会因素的复杂互动关系,从网络传媒报道责任视角来推动医患和谐关系构建,使媒体在社会主义核心价值观的建设中发挥更具建设性的作用。

In recent years, the disputes between doctors and patients have become more and more serious, and there have been many cases of medical problems. The network media have been a contro versial focus on the issues of medical problems and the real situation of the network public opinion. This paper, starting with the text analysis of the network media reports and truth investigation on the doctor patient contradiction, reveals the text of the network media report from the news headlines, news style, news narrative, news sources and so on, and explains the reasons of the deviation of pub lic opinion and complex interaction relations on the basis of comprehensive consideration of the media, doctors, patients and other social factors. To promote the construction of harmonious relationship be tween doctors and patients from the perspective of network media coverage, the media play a more constructive role in the construction of socialist core values.
