电化学氧化制备的纳米多孔Ti_4O_7导电添加剂对铅酸电池正极性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用电化学氧化法成功地制备了Magnéli相Ti_4O_7导电添加剂。通过扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪分别观测了Ti_4O_7的微观形貌和相组成。将少量Ti_4O_7导电添加剂加入到铅酸电池正电极中,考察了实验电池的放电性能。实验结果表明,纳米多孔Ti_4O_7更有利于在正极板内形成导电通路,可有效地提高铅酸电池的放电容量。 A Magneli phase of nanometer Ti4O7 as the conductive additive was successfully prepared by the electrochemical oxidation method. The Ti4O7 properties were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. Substantial improvements of lead-acid battery were obtained by the addition of small amount of Ti4O7 to the positive electrode, which was investigated through discharge curves. Compared with the Pb electrode without Ti4O7, the Pb electrode with nano-porous Ti4O7 showed a better discharge property due to the formation of conductive path in the positive electrode.
