柔性化发动机总装线节拍优化方法

摘要 针对目前国内发动机多平台共线生产节拍设计参考性低的问题,对节拍设计方法进行了优化。该方法基于不同产品装配所需动作时间总和的方式设计节拍,改变了节拍的计算方法;根据生产故障和超载情况,优化区域内易超载工位前后布置形式降低生产节拍,对区域间易超载区域采用并联形式和区域节拍递进原则,减少非正常生产间隔。实际应用表明,利用该优化方法可达到多平台共线生产和提高生产能力的目的。
