摘要
目的:探究电极面积、形状、位置不同的经颅直流电刺激对颅去骨瓣减压术后大脑内部电场的影响。方法:运用医学影像及三维建模技术构建颅去骨瓣减压术后4层真实头模型,并通过有限元分析软件进行数值仿真,依次单一改变面积、形状、位置3个电极参数,观察模型内部电场的变化并分析变化特点。结果:在改变单一研究参数、固定其他参数的前提下,最大电场强度值与电极面积呈负相关,正方形电极产生的最大电场强度值大于圆形电极,电极左右放置时去骨瓣术后大脑内部电场不对称。结论:不同面积、形状、位置的电极参数对于模型内部电场具有显著影响。
Objective To explore the eflects of tDCS electrode parameters such as area, shape and position on the intracerebral electric field after craniotomy. Methods A four-layer head model after craniotomy was established with medical image and 3D modeling techniques, and finite element analysis software was used tbr numerical simulation. The area, shape and position parameters were changed in turn, and then the changes and their characteristics of intracerebral electric field were studied. Results In case only one parameter varied with the others kept unchanged, it's found that maximum electric field intensity had a negative correlation with the field area, square electrode had the field intensity higher than that by circular electrode, and the electrode at left-right direction resulted in asymmetry field. Conclusion The electrode parameters such as area, shape and position have significant influences on the internal electric field of the model.
