医疗大数据的应用与挑战

Research and application of big data in medical field

目的 :为更好地利用医疗大数据为医院的管理及诊疗服务,对医疗大数据的应用情况进行探讨。方法 :在剖析医疗大数据基本概念、来源及特征的基础上,对医疗大数据的处理流程及应用模型进行分析,并重点阐述医疗大数据的应用领域及面临的挑战。结果:提出规范电子病历数据的采集与存储、搭建数据云平台、建立医疗大数据人才队伍、构建数据驱动型组织、加强数据加密及匿名技术的发展等方法应对挑战。结论:医疗大数据的应用提高了医疗质量,是今后智能医疗的发展方向。

Objective To explore the application of medical big data to tacilitate hospital management and service. Methods Medical big data had its treatment procedure, application model, application fields and challenges discussed based on describing its basic concept, source and characteristics. Results Some suggestions were put forward including standardizing the collection and storage of electronic medical record, establishing data cloud platform, strengthening personnel training, constructing data-driven organization, emphasizing on data encryption and anonymity technology and etc.Conclusion Medical big data enhances medical service, and may contributes to intelligent medical treatment in the future.
