Expanding classification and codes for hospital medical equipment based on performance characteristics and using features

目的 :通过扩展现有医学装备分类与代码体系,探讨分类合理、范围全面、科学规范的全新资产代码体系。方法:采用性能特征和使用特征作为医学装备代码分类的主要依据,将现有分类代码由7位扩展至10位,同时整合、增减部分代码。结果:新的代码体系分类更为合理,涵盖了目前在用医学装备种类品目,并预留了代码空间,可有效提高装备管理质量及效率。结论:基于性能特征和使用特征对医学装备分类代码进行扩展,是实现装备信息化的基础,对固定资产的精细化管理有重要意义。

Objective To discuss a new codes system gaining advantages in rationality, comprehensiveness and normalization by expanding the classification and codes for the existing medical equipment. Methods Taking pertormance characteristics and using features as the main classification criteria, the new system expanded the existing classification code from seven bits to ten bits, meanwhile, some codes were integrated, added or deleted; Results The new system was reasonable, covered the categories and quantities of the existing medical equipment and reserved spaces for the following codes, and thus enhanced equipment management quality and efficiency greatly. Conclusion To expand the classification and codes for the existing medical equipment based on performance characteristics and using teatures lays a toundation for equipment informatization, and is of great value for precision management of the fixed assets.
