摘要
以三元乙丙橡胶为基体,钙镁离子螯合剂(EDTA-2Na)和高吸水性树脂(SAP)为组合吸水材料,制备三元乙丙橡胶遇油水膨胀复合材料(WSR)。研究了配方体系内硫化剂种类及用量、SAP和EDTA-2Na用量等因素对膨胀材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着配方体系内硫化剂用量的增大,材料的吸水膨胀倍率和吸油膨胀倍率均表现出降低趋势;SAP复合型膨胀材料表现出对矿化度的高敏感性,矿化水中钙镁离子的存在使材料的遇水膨胀倍率大大下降;当螯合剂协同SAP后,随着螯合剂用量的增加,橡胶的吸水倍率增大,同时提出了螯合剂改善耐盐性的机理。
Employing EPDM rubber as the matrix, mixture of calcium magnesium chelating a gent(EDTA 2Na) and high water absorbent resin(SAP) as water absorbent materials,the oil/water swelling rubbers(WSR) were processed.The effects of kinds and dosage of vulcanizing agent,amount of SAP resin and EDTA 2Na salt on the mechanical properties and water absorption expansion proper ties of WSR were investigated.The results showed that with an increase in content of vulcanizing agent recipe system, both the water swelling ratio and the oil absorption expansion ratio of the EPDM composites decreased.The SAP resin composited rubber material showed higher sensitivity to salinity, and the presence of calcium and magnesium ions in water greatly reduced the water swelling ratio of rubber composites.When the chelating agent cooperated with SAP resin,with an increase of the chela ting agent content, the water absorption ratio of the rubber showed an increasing trend, and the possi ble mechanism of improvement saltyresistant for EPDM WSR was proposed in this paper.
