不同填料并用比对CPE电缆护套性能的影响

摘要 针对氯化聚乙烯(CPE)电缆护套对低成本、高性能的要求,研究了不同填料并用比对CPE基电缆护套硫化性能、物理机械性能和热性能等的影响。结果表明,炭黑的加入有利于提升胶料的加工流动性、加工安全性和硫化效率。随着填料中炭黑用量的上升,硫化胶的100%定伸应力、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、断裂伸长率和屈挠性能逐渐上升,硬度和热分解温度逐渐下降。当m(蒙脱土)∶m(炭黑)=20∶30时,硫化胶的玻璃化转变温度最低,耐低温性能最好。 In view of the low-cost, high-performance requirements of chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) cable sheath, the effect of different fillers blending ratio on the vulcanization properties, physical and mechanical properties and thermal properties of CPE-based cable sheath was investigated. The results showed that the addition of carbon black was beneficial to improve the processing fluidity, processing safety and vulcanization efficiency of the rubber compound.With the increase of the amount of carbon black in the filler, the tensile stress at 100%, tensile strength, tear strength, elongation at break and flexing performance of the vulcanizate gradually increased,and the hardness and thermal decomposition temperature gradually decreased.When m (montmorillonite):m (carbon black)=20:30, the glass transition temperature of the vulcanizate was the lowest,and the low temperature resistance was best.The improve in the physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates was due to the good in- teraction of carbon black with the rubber matrix.
