摘要 风电功率具有明显的随机性、不确定性的特点,这给电力系统稳定安全运行带来了极大的风险。鲁棒决策方法作为一种新的处理不确定性的方法,近年来在含风电电力系统调度中得到了有效应用。为了鲁棒决策方法保持灵活多样,本文提出了多空间约束的含风电电力系统的鲁棒调度模型。结合算例结果表明该模型能够很好的平抑系统负荷曲线波动,有效减小电网的发电成本,同时从总发电成本的基础上也证明了该模型优于确定性模型,为电网经济调度提供合理地参考。 Due to the obvious randomness and uncertainty of wind power, it can take a great risks to the stable and safe operation of the power system. Robust decision making method as a new method to deal with uncertainty, in recent years, it has been applied effectively to the dispatch of wind power system, meanwhile, it is flexible and diverse for the robust decision making method. A robust scheduling model for wind power systems with multiple space constraints is proposed in this paper. The results of an example can show that the model can smooth the fluctuation of the load curve of the system, reduced effectively the cost of power generation in power grid, it is simultaneously proved that the model is superior to the deterministic model on the basis of the total cost of electricity generation and provided a reasonable reference for the economic dispatch of the power grid.
