摘要
随着清洁能源/能源基地的建设、特高压直流的快速发展,投入同步调相机以改善电网功率因数,提升电网电压水平。而调相机静止变频起动系统投入,需要与机组、励磁、DCS(distributed control system, DCS)等系统实现无缝配合,这就需要验证调相机静止变频起动系统与其他二次关键控制设备、同期装置的功能及一二次设备间配合的效果。本文通过世界首台300Mvar调相机在国家电网扎鲁特±800kV换流站的现场调试情况,介绍了调相机静止变频起动系统和机组、DCS、励磁等系统的顺控设计思路和控制策略,并通过现场投运后的结果,验证了顺控逻辑策略的可行性。
With the construction of clean energy/energy base and the rapid development of UHVDC, the synchronous compensator will be put into operation to improve the power factor and raise the voltage level of the grid. The input of the SFC system need the motor DCS and excitation to achieve seamless coordination, which requires the verification of SFC system and other control devices, synchronization device function and one or two equipment coordination effect. Through debugging of the world's first 300Mvar synchronous compensator at the scene of the national grid's ±800kV converter, the SFC system and the motor, DCS, and the excitation of sequence control design and control strategy is introduced, and through on-site operation results, verify the feasibility of the sequence control logic strategy.
