摘要 GIS在运输过程、安装环境、安装工艺等不利因素的影响下,在最后交流耐压试验中偶尔会发生绝缘性能故障,分析其安装过程的各方面影响因素和防范措施,可以减少或避免由于GIS安装的影响造成交流耐压试验中出现盆式绝缘子的闪络事故。本文结合厦门110kV某变电站在GIS交流耐压试验中发生的一起盆式绝缘子表面闪络事故的案例,通过对试验过程、故障点查找、现场解体检查、现场处理等步骤的研讨,根据现有的相关专业规范、标准。分析GIS安装调试过程中导致盆式绝缘子发生闪络的原因,总结出在进行GIS安装过程的防范措施,为日后变电站GIS安装过程提供了参考依据。 Under the influence of unfavorable factors such as transportation, installation environment and installation process, GIS occasionally occurs insulation failure in the final AC withstand test, analyses the factors and precautions of various aspects of the installation process, which can reduce or avoid the emergence of basin insulation in the AC resistance test due to the influence of GIS installation. The reasons for the flashover of the insulator in the process of GIS installation and debugging are analyzed, and the preventive measures for the GIS installation process are summarized, which provides a reference for the GIS installation process in the later substation.
