三角形ZnO纳米片网络传感器的制备及其传感特性

摘要 将金电极喷射在Zn基底上生长的片状ZnC_2O_4·2H_2O前驱体上,经过热处理得到三角形ZnO纳米片网络结构传感器。实现了ZnO纳米材料制备和传感器的制作一步完成。通过控制反应时间,了解前驱体的生长过程。该传感器对丙酮和三乙胺显示出较高的气体响应特性,这归功于纳米片小的尺寸和暴露出高反应活性的{001}晶面。 ZnO triangular nanosheet network based gas sensor has been successfully synthesized by annealing sheet like ZnC2O4 · 2H2O precursor on Zn foil which were bridged across a pair of Au electrodes. In this process,the synthesis of products and fabrication of gas sensors are merged in one step.The precursor reaction processes were discussed by adjusting reaction time.The as synthesized ZnO triangular nanosheet network shows a significantly higher response toward acetone and trimethylamine, which was attributed to small size and exposed high active {001} facet.
