摘要 以马齿苋提取液为原料,考察了脱色剂上柱液体积、洗脱剂乙醇的体积分数及用量等工艺条件及四种脱色剂对脱色效果的影响。通过正交实验,以脱色率、多糖保留率、黄酮保留率为指标,采用紫外可见分光光度法测定,确定了马齿苋提取液脱色的最优工艺为V(上柱液)=3mL、φ(乙醇)=70%、V(乙醇)=12.5mL、洗脱时间2h,该条件下脱色率为67.4%,黄酮保留率为49.8%,多糖保留率为63.1%;最佳脱色剂为AB-8大孔吸附树脂,该脱色工艺简单可行,脱色效果好。 The effects of sample volume,volume fraction of elution solution and amount on the decol oration of purslane extracting solution were investigated.The orthogonal design was applied to select the optimal condition for the decoloration of purslane solution. The decolorized ratio and the surplus ratio of the flavones and polysaccharides were used as indexes, which were determined by UV Vis spectrometer.Macroporous resin AB 8 was selected as the best decolorant for the elimination of pig ment.The optimal method was as follows: the purslane extracting solution was 3 mL, the elution φ(C2H5OH)=70%,and the amount of eluent was 12.5 mL. The decolorization rate was 67.4%,the surplus ratio the decoloration the flavones was 49.8% and the ratio of polysaccharides was 63.1%.The process ofthe decoloration technology is reasonable and feasible.
