金属电介质选择性吸收涂层的研究进展

摘要 介绍了涂层设计及计算,通过理论计算,聚焦式集热器能够实现热发电等对涂层表面温度的要求。当聚光比达到50倍时,涂层表面的最高工作温度达到了799℃。综述了M-Al2O3型结构涂层、金属氧化物涂层和金属氮化物涂层三种金属电介质选择性吸收涂层的研究现状,分析认为合理的涂层结构、涂层材料及基体材料是影响涂层性能的主要因素,并指出了此类涂层今后的研究方向。 Coating design and theoretical calculation are introduced in this paper.Through theoretical calculation,the concentrating solar power systems can realize the temperature demand of coating sur face.In the concentrating solar power systems,the highest working temperature will be up to 799 ℃ when the concentrating ratio is 50.The research status of metal dielectric selective absorbing coating of M Al2O3 coating, metal oxide coating and metal nitride coating are also reviewed. Analysis results show that coating structure, coating material and matrix material are the main factors affecting the coating performance,and which indicate the research direction of metal dielectric selective absorbing coating.
