猪苓多糖口服液的制备及其抗氧化性的初步研究

摘要 以中草药猪苓为原材料采用超声波提取方法从猪苓中提取总多糖,在单因素实验的基础上,进行正交实验确定猪苓多糖的最佳提取条件。通过醇析进行猪苓多糖的分离纯化,通过脱色等步骤得到较纯的猪苓多糖,制备猪苓多糖口服液,使用紫外-分光光度计测定猪苓多糖的吸光度,采用邻二氮菲体系测定猪苓多糖的抗氧化活性。结果表明:正交试验最佳提取条件为超声提取时间60min、提取温度68℃、料液比1∶30(g/ml),此时超声功率为300W,提取率为20.56%。抗氧化试验结论:猪苓多糖对·OH具有一定的清除作用,其清除能力随猪苓多糖含量的增加而增加。 The total polysaccharides were extracted from the piglets by ultrasonic extraction method using Chineseherbal medicine piglets as raw materials.Based on the single factor experiment, the optimal extraction conditions ofPolyporus polysaccharides were determined by orthogonal experiment.The separation and purification of Polyporus umbellatuspolysaccharides were carried out by alcohol precipitation, and the pure Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide was obtainedby decolorization and other steps to prepare Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide oral liquid.The absorbance of Polyporusumbellatus polysaccharide was determined by UV-spectrophotometer and determined by phenanthroline system.Antioxidantactivity of Polyporus umbellatus polysaccharide.The resuhs showed that the optimal extraction conditions for orthogonal testwere ultrasonic extraction time 60min, extraction temperature 68℃, solid-liquid ratio 1 : 30 ( g/ml ) , and the ultrasonicpower was 300w, and the extraction rate was 20.56%.Antioxidant test conclusion : The polysaccharide of Polyporus umbellatushas a certain scavenging effect, and its scavenging ability increases with the increase of polysaccharide content of Hog Cholera.
