摘要
三七作为一种名贵的中药材受到人们的广泛关注,其中的微量元素含量不仅影响药材的药理、药效,而且对药材的品质也有较大影响。综述了现有三七中微量元素检测的方法,包括原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法及电感耦合等离子体质谱法,比较了现有检测方法的优缺点,以期为提升元素检测标准,为建立更简便、快速和灵敏的微量元素检测方法提供借鉴。
As a valuable Chinese herbal medicine, Sanqi has been widely concerned by people.The content of traceelements not only affects the pharmacology and efficacy of the medicine, but also has a great influence on the qualityof the medicine.In this paper, the methods for the detection of trace elements in Sanqi, including atomic absorptionspectrometry, atomic fluorescence spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry and inductivelycoupled plasma mass spectrometry, are reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of existing detection methods arecompared.In order to improve the element detection standard, it provides a reference for establishing a simpler, faster andmore sensitive method for detecting trace elements.
