耐热氧老化阻燃聚丙烯的制备及性能研究

A study on Preparation and Property of Thermal Aging Flame Retarding Polypropylene

选用清远市普塞呋磷化学有限公司生产的高效自由基引发剂滴落阻燃剂FR2000作为阻燃剂,用于不同类型聚丙烯树脂当中。结果表明,当添加量为2.8%时可以满足UL94 V-2的标准,并对力学性能进行了测试,着重研究了经历不同老化条件后,与市售较好的同类型阻燃剂制品的对比情况,证明了FR2000用于聚丙烯中优异的耐老化性能,可保证120℃,30 d阻燃性能不失效。

In this paper, FR2000 is chosen to be used as flame retardant and added into different kinds ofpolypropylene.The experimental results show that they can meet the standard of UL94 V-2 when the additions is 2.8%,and the mechanical properties ale also tested.This paper focuses on different aging conditions, the comparison between thecommercially available flame retardant products which is the similar system and our product.The resuhs show thatFR2000used in polypropylene have the excellent aging resistance, and the flame retardant performance does not fail under thepremise that 120℃, 30days.
