摘要
当前标准方法中主流烟气中苯酚含量采用HPLC检测,其耗时约20 min或以上;本研究拟建立UPLC测定主流烟气中苯酚含量之方法,提升检测效率。以Waters HPLC E2695为对照,排查UPLC测定主流烟气中苯酚含量所存在的问题、摸索并建立相关检测方法。使用HSS-T3柱,苯酚位置有干扰峰,干扰峰剔除积分定量较HPLC对照低19%左右、干扰峰同时积分定量较HPLC对照低10%左右;使用BEH-C18柱,分离良好无干扰,定量高浓度苯酚加标回收率约为95%、定量低浓度苯酚加标回收率约为91%,定量值相对HPLC相差1.66%、检测时间可缩短至5 min。使用该UPLC方法可有效检测主流烟气中苯酚含量。
Phenol content of mainstream smoke was detected by HPLC method in the standard of Q/GZZY J.04.03.05 (JS) 1215-2011 whieh mean time to deteetion is 20 min or more.The UPLC methods determinate phenol eontent ofmainstream smoke were established in this paper.These methods were built in Waters UPLC whieh eontained BSM pump,SM sample injeetor, and FLIR fluoreseenee deteetor and eontrolled to the standard method operated by Waters HPLCE2695.These methods were tested by eolumn eomparison, interferenee peak, quantitative determination, reeovery rate,ere.These methods showed that HSS-T3 eolumn may generated interferenee peak whieh was eliminated and ineludedthat the quantitative detemfination is 19% and 10% less than the standard method, respeetively.These methods showedBEH-CI8 eolumn eould signifieantly separated phenol peak whieh the quantitative determination is 1.66% less than thestandard method and the testing time is 5 min and the reeovery rate are 95% and 91% whieh high and low phenol eontent,respectively.The method of UPLC equipped BEH-CI8 could be a referenee to detemfination of phenol content in mainstreamsmoke.
