水中氰化物测定关键环节分析 被引量:2

摘要 如果水中含有氰化物会给使用水的人们带来严重的人身伤害,因为氰化物属于剧毒物质,当饮用含有氰化物的水时,进入人体的氰化物会与体内的高铁细胞氧化酶发生反应,从而生成氰化高铁细胞色素氧化酶,导致人缺氧窒息。而且因为氰化物易溶于水,也是造成水污染的重要因素之一。因此对饮用水、地表水、生活水、生活污水、工业用水、工业废水监测的重要指标之一就是对氰化物进行毒理学监测。我国对水中微量氰化物进行监测时最常用的检测方法就是可见光光度法,但是此方法在实际的应用中稳定性较差,需要严格控制实验条件,消除可能存在的其他因素的影响,得到精确的检测结果。通过实验,对在测定水中氰化物时可能存在的干扰因素进行分析,研究最佳的检测条件,提出改进意见,使其在实际应用中得到良好的效果。 If cyanide in water causes serious personal injury to people who use water, cyanide is a highly toxicsubstance.When drinking cyanide-containing water, cyanide entering the body and high-iron cell oxidase in the body Areaction occurs to form a high-iron cyanide cytochrome oxidase, resulting in hypoxia and asphyxia.And because cyanideis easily soluble in water, it is also one of the important factors causing water pollution.Therefore, one of the importantindicators for monitoring drinking water, surface water, domestic water, domestic sewage, industrial water and industrialwastewater is toxicological monitoring of cyanide.The most commonly used detection method for monitoring trace cyanide inwater in China is visible light photometry.However, this method has poor stability in practical applicafions.h is necessary tostrictly control experimental conditions, eliminate the influence of other factors that may exist, and obtain accurate resuhs.Test results.Through experiments, this paper analyzes the possible interference factors in the determination of cyanide inwater, studies the best detection conditions, and puts forward suggestions for improvement, so that it can get good resuhsin practical applications.
