摘要
分输站出站管道一旦发生泄漏无法准确判断并及时处置。在分输站出站管线上应用爆管检测技术,可以有效的监控管道运行状态,降低事故风险。分析了两种爆管保护功能的实现方式及其各自的不足,并研究了增加爆管检测系统对分输站运行的影响。实际上,分输站出站管道的保护功能还存在一定的不足,因此在应用的过程中应当结合实际进行深入的分析应同时综合考虑投资、设备维护等方面的诸多因素。
Once the outbound pipeline of the substation is leaked, it cannot be accurately judged and disposed of intime.Applying the squib detection technology on the outbound pipeline of the substation can effectively monitor the pipelineoperation status and reduce the accident risk.This paper analyzes the implementation of two kinds of squib protectionfunctions and their respective deficiencies, and studies the impact of increasing the blasting detection system on theoperation of the substation.In fact, there are still some deficiencies in the protection function of the outbound pipelines of thesubstation.Therefore, in the process of application, in-depth analysis should be combined with the actual situation, andmany factors such as investment and equipment maintenance should be considered at the same time.
