摘要
随着科学技术的发展,各种新技术的不断应用,现在制造的压力容器质量得到了很大的提升。压力容器的用途广泛,在石油、冶金、制药以及化工等方面都有着应用,所以压力容器和人们的生活、生产息息相关。低温压力容器是化工工程中的重要部分之一,由于低温应力导致的脆性破坏事故常有发生,焊后热处理工艺可以有效地防治脆性破坏事故。讨论了低温压力容器焊后整体热处理工艺的方法和影响因素。
With the development of science and technology and the continuous application of various newtechnologies, the quality of pressm'e vessels manufactured today has been greatly improved.Pressm'e vessels ate widely usedand have applications in oil, metallmgy, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals.Therefore, pressure vessels ate closely relatedto people' s lives and production.The low temperature pressure vessel is one of the important parts in chemical engineering.Because of the brittleness failure caused by low temperatm'e stress, the post-welding heat treatment process can effectivelyprevent and control brittleness failm'e.The methods and influencing factors of the overall heat treatment process afler weldingof cryogenic pressure vessels are discussed in the following paragraphs.
