摘要
针对液化气球罐在检修过程中未停产,液化气外输泵采用边产边输模式时泵出现的汽蚀现象。从设备机理、介质特性、工艺管况等方面进行分析,总结出产生汽蚀现象的主要原因。目前采取的几种方法在一定程度解决了汽蚀现像的发生、降低了泵的故障率、保证了液化气外输,也为各类外输泵处理汽蚀问题积累经验、提供了更多的处理方法、确保装置运行安全。
For the liquefied balloon tank, it has not stopped produetion during the maintenanee proeess, and theliquefied gas external pmnp adopts the eavitation phenomenon of the pmnp when the side produetion mode is used.Fromthe aspeets of equipment meehanism, medimn eharaeteristies, process eonditions, ete., tim main masons for eavitation atesmnmarized.At present, several methods have solved the oeeurrenee of eavitation phenomenon to a eertain exlent, redueed timfailure rale of the pmnp, ensured tim external transportation of liquefied gas, and aeemnulated experienee for the treatment ofeavitation problems of various external pumps, providing more The treatment method ensures llie safe operation of tim deviee.
