摘要
乙烯裂解炉是整个乙烯装置的核心,其投资和能耗在生产中占较重的地位。由于时代的发展,很多裂解炉已经无法满足生产的要求,需要进行旧炉的改造工作。在该裂解炉实际的改造过程中,对新旧炉管的焊接一直是改造中的重要组成部分,在焊接的过程中,经常会出现焊接裂纹的产生,这会为设备的后期使用,埋下深深的安全隐患。为此,对裂解炉改造中新旧炉管的焊接进行探讨,希望对提升裂解炉的改造质量,可以起到促进作用。
Ethylene cracking furnace is the core of the whole ethylene plant.Its investment and energy consumptionplay a heavier position in production.Due to the development of the times, many cracking furnaces have been unable to meetthe production requirements, and the old furnace transformation needs to be carried out.In the actual transformation processof the cracking furnace, the welding of new and old furnace tubes has always been an important part of the transformation.During the welding process, the occurrence of welding cracks often occurs, which will be used for the later use of theequipment.Deep security risks.To this end, I will discuss the welding of new and old furnace tubes in the cracking furnacereforlll in this paper, and hope to improve the quality of the cracking furnace.
