丁苯酞治疗大面积脑梗死疗效观察及对患者凝血功能的影响

Efficacy of butylphthalide in the treatment of large area cerebral infarction and its effect on coagulation function

目的:分析丁苯酞注射液治疗大面积脑梗死的临床疗效,并分析该药对患者凝血功能的影响。方法:于蚌埠医学院第一附属医院住院的66例急性大面积脑梗死患者随机分为观察组及对照组,对照组进行常规治疗,观察组患者应用丁苯酞治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率为81. 8%,对照组患者为54. 5%;治疗前后两组患者的凝血功能指标变化比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:采取丁苯酞治疗大面积脑梗死具有较好的临床疗效,且不会影响患者凝血功能。

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of butylphthalide injection in the treatment of large area cerebral infarction and to analyze the effect of blood coagulation on the patients. Methods： 66 patients with acute massive cerebral infarction in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with butylphthalide,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results： The total clinical effective rate was81. 8 % in the observation group and 54. 5 % in the control group. The changes of coagulation function in the two groups were not significant before and after the treatment（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： The treatment of large area cerebral infarction with butylphthalide has a good clinical effect and does not affect the blood coagulation function of the patients.
