重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子防治放射性口炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor in the prevention and treatment of radiation stomatitis

目的:探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor,rb FGF)凝胶对放射性口炎的防治效果。方法:选择本院接受放射治疗的80例患者,并将其随机平分成四组,分别观察放射性粘膜炎发生情况以及观察粘膜炎出现后的治疗效果。预防观察组选择用药的时间为患者接受放射性治疗之前3 d rb FGF;而预防对照组则是在患者接受放射治疗之前3 d应用口含甘草冰块,功能保健等措施;治疗观察组在患者出现口腔黏膜炎后开始使用rb FGF凝胶,治疗对照组则是患者出现放射性口炎后采用康复新液进行治疗。结果:预防性实验中,对照组的口腔黏膜炎发生率多于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗性实验中,观察组患者的治愈率明显高于对照组,rb FGF凝胶使用后痊愈时间较康复新液相比明显缩短,且差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子可以有效的防止口腔黏膜炎的发生,具有良好的治疗及预防作用。

Objective： To investigate the prevention effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor（ rb FGF） gel on the radiation stomatitis. Methods：80 patients for radiotherapy were randomly divided into four groups,with the occurrence of radiation mucositis and the treatment of mucosal inflammation observed dividedly. The experimental group of prevention regarded the date at 3 days before patients received radiation treatment as the time for medication; the control group of prevention were treated with conventional mouthwash gargle,functional care and other measures at 3 days before patients received radiation treatment; the experimental group of treatment used rb FGF after oral mucositis,while the control group of treatment patients were treated with new rehabilitation fluid after radiation stomatitis. Results： The incidence of mucositis in the control group was more than that of the experimental group（ P 〈 0. 05）; in the therapeutic experiment,the cure efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the therapeutic effect of the new recovery fluid and rb FGF gel on oral mucositis was obvious; but compared with that of the new recovery fluid,the recovery time of rb FGF gel was short（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor（ rb FGF） could effectively prevent the occurrence of oral mucositis with good effect in treatment and prevention.
