不同亚型青年乳腺癌EGFR阳性表达与TNM分期、HER2的相关性

Correlation between different subtypes of EGFR positive expression and TNM stage and HER2 in young breast cancer

摘要 目的:探讨不同亚型青年乳腺癌表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)阳性表达与TNM分期、HER2的相关性。方法:选取103例青年乳腺癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均采用免疫组化方法分型,分析各类型乳腺癌的年复发情况。结果:103例青年乳腺癌患者中,Luminal A型有59例(57. 28%),Luminal B型有21例(20. 39%),HER2过表达型有18例(17. 48%),Basal like型有5例(4. 9%); HER2过表达型阳性率(88. 89%)高于Luminal A型(35. 59%)、Luminal B型(42. 86%)、Basal like型(60%)(P=0. 002); EGFR阳性不同分子亚型青年乳腺癌与TNM分期呈正相关(P <0. 05)。结论:HER2型青年乳腺癌EGFR阳性表达率最高,且不同亚型青年乳腺癌EGFR阳性表达与TNM分期呈正相关,可为临床诊治提供参考依据。 Objective: To explore the correlation between different subtypes of epidermal growth factor receptor( EGFR) positive expression and TNM stage and HER2 in young breast cancer. Methods: The clinical data of 103 young breast cancers were selected. All patients were divided into different types by immunohistochemical method. The annual recurrence of various types of breast cancer was analyzed. Results: In 103 cases of young breast cancer,there were 59 cases of Luminal A type( 57. 28 %),21 cases of Luminal B type( 20. 39 %),18 cases of HER2 overexpression type( 17. 48 %),and 5 cases of Basal like type( 4. 9 %). The positive rate of HER2 overexpression type( 88. 89 %) was significantly higher than that of Luminal A type( 35. 59 %),Luminal B type( 42. 86 %) and Basal like type( 60 %)( P = 0. 002). Different molecular subtypes of EGFR positive expression in young breast cancer had a positive correlation with TNM stage. Conclusion: The positive expression rate of EGFR is highest in young HER2 breast cancer,and different molecular subtypes of EGFR positive expression in young breast cancer has a positive correlation with TNM stage. It can provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
