基于Hadoop平台的无线远程电子病历系统

摘要 近年来,医院信息化管理普及全国,书写电子病历(Electronic Medical Record,简称EMR)是医生工作的重要环节,但普通的电子病历书写占用医生较多工作时间,书写地点固定、书写时间受限,孤岛效应导致病历无法跨院共享,电子病历成了医生提高工作效率和实现医院信息共享的重要障碍。为此,文中设计了一种新的电子病历系统(EMRS),该系统用JAVA建立系统框架,以SQL SERVER为数据库工具,以大数据生态系统Hadoop的HDFS为存储平台,实现了无线信道为传输媒体的多终端星型结构的无线远程电子病历系统(Wireless remote electronic medical record system,简称WREMRS),该系统经过调试后能正常运行,能支持多终端远程无线高效书写电子病历,其测试数据表明该系统能满足软件设计的要求,克服了普通EMR的典型缺陷,比普通EMR更灵活、高效。 In recent years,hospital information management is popularized throughout the country,writing electronic Medical Record( EMR) is an important part of the doctor's work,but the ordinary electronic medical record takes up much time of doctor. Especially,the location and time of writing is limited,and the island effect hinders the sharing of medical records between hospitals. The electronic medical record has become an important obstacle in improving work efficiency and information sharing,this paper designs a new electronic medical record system( EMRS) using JAVA to build the frame of the system,SQL SERVER as database tools,big data ecosystem Hadoop HDFS as the storage platform,it can serve as a multi terminal Star-shaped electronic medical record writing system using wireless channel as transmission media( Wireless remote electronic medical record system,short formed as WREMRS). After debugging,the system can operate properly and support multiple terminals to write electronic medical records remotely and efficiently. The test data show that the system can meet the requirements of software design,overcome the typical defects of ordinary EMR,and is more flexible and efficient than the common EMR.
